Making changes to your personal information at Harvard FCU is easy!

Here are some instructions to follow to make and apply changes to your Harvard FCU account information.

Select data change options:

To add a seasonal address or a new mailing address, please fill out the “Seasonal Address” section of the Data Change Form below. Please note that your ID is used for identification, not address verification.

SSN

To update your Social Security Number please complete the “Membership Information” portion of the Data Change Form and click the box to update SSN/TIN. Please include a copy of a valid government-issued ID.

Name Change

To update your name, please complete and submit a copy of our Data Change Form. Please include a copy of the legal documentation of the name change and a copy of a valid government-issued ID.
