How to replace a Harvard FCU debit or credit card:
Reporting your debit or credit card lost or stolen is easy using the Harvard FCU Cards App. For credit cards, you can instantly get a digital card replacement. This feature will be added in the future for debit cards.
How it works:
Adding your card to the cards app and digital wallet: Make sure your card is registered in the Harvard FCU Cards App and added to your digital wallet.
Request a new card: In your Harvard FCU Cards App, simply report your old card as lost or stolen and request a new one.
Get instant access: Your new digital card will be available instantly in your digital wallet.
Your physical card is on its way: We’ll automatically ship a new inactive physical card to you.
If you’re replacing a damaged card or would like to request a replacement card without using the cards app, please follow the instructions below.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your new card to arrive by mail within the U.S. International mailings can take a longer time to arrive. To replace a debit card in person, you can visit our Harvard Square, Massachusetts General Hospital or One Brigham Circle branch. A valid government-issued ID is needed to obtain an instant issued card.
