Reporting your debit card lost or stolen is easy using the Harvard FCU Cards App, and a new card will be automatically reissued. Download the App using the links below and have your card information handy to complete the registration.

To have your Harvard FCU debit or ATM card replaced, please complete this form.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your new card to arrive by mail within the U.S. International mailings can take a longer time to arrive. To replace a debit card in person, you can visit our Harvard Square, or Massachusetts General Hospital branch. A valid government-issued id is needed to obtain an instant issued debit card.
