86th Annual Meeting

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026 Harvard Federal Credit Union held its 86th Annual Meeting.

Members in attendance at the Harvard Faculty Club heard a review of Harvard FCU’s 2025 performance. The Harvard FCU 2025 Annual Report, which includes business highlights and financial results from the past year, was distributed at the meeting. You can find a digital version of the report here. Also at the meeting, Marty Ray, Board Director and member of the Nominating Committee, presented the slate of candidates for the open Board positions. As the number of candidates equaled the number of vacancies, no election was held. Congratulations to Directors: John Lichten, Jason Luke, Karrie Ford, and Marty Ray.
