Need to get in touch with the Credit Union?
For general, non-account-specific inquiries, you may fill out the form here (harvardfcu.org/get-in-touch/) and someone from the Credit Union will respond within one to two business days.
Scammers may manipulate caller ID with Harvard FCU’s phone number so it appears we are calling (also called “spoofing”). If you receive an unexpected call, do not share passwords, one-time passcodes, PINs, or other sensitive information. Hang up and contact us directly using any of the contact methods available on our website.
