Set up a travel notification
Follow the instructions below to set up a travel notification! If your travel plans will exceed 30 days, please reach out to our Support Center.
To set a travel notification in your Cards App, please click here for instructions. To complete this process in Online Banking, follow the steps below.
Select a card and then select the “Travel Notifications” icon.

On the Trip Details page:
- Enter the date you depart and the date you return.
- Indicate whether you are travelling in the U.S. or travelling outside of the U.S.
- Answer where you are going, and use commas between destinations if you are planning on multiple stops.
- Select the Submit button.
If the trip duration exceeds 31 days, please contact our Support Center

After submitting your travel plan, click “Account Summary” on the pop-up window. The active travel notification will display. You will need to delete the active travel notification before making any future changes or adding a new notification.
