Learn more about our Card on File program!
Card on File (CoF) transactions occur when cardholders authorize merchants to store their payment information securely and bill the cardholders’ stored accounts for future purchases. Recurring transactions or subscriptions are also known as Card on File transactions. An example of CoF is your preferred Amazon, Netflix or grocery delivery payment method.
In our Card on File solution, the new or updated card credentials are passed to merchants, subscriptions or recurring payments through a cardholders’ digital banking experience. This can be accomplished through the Harvard FCU Cards App.

- On the Account Summary page in your Cards App, click the top left button.
- If you are in Online Banking, click on View my Credit Card, hover over Services, then click Card on File. Continue from Step 3.

- Select merchants.
- Enter your login information for selected merchants and click submit.
- Wait until accounts are successfully linked.
- Once linked, you may choose to add more merchants and repeat steps 1 to 3.
