Credit Card Point Redemption

Log in to Online Banking at and click on the “My Credit Card” widget on the left hand side

You will be redirected to the credit card portal. Once there, click on the “Rewards” button on the left side, below the FICO Score logo.

This page displays your total reward points. Click on the red “Rewards” button below your total, and then click “Submit” to be redirected to the reward redemption portal.

Hover over “Redeem” in the top menu and choose “$25 Cash Payment to Your Credit Card.”

Add the number of $25 payments you would like to redeem by clicking on the “+” button. Then click “Add to Cart”

A pop up will appear, asking you to confirm the name on your card. Enter your name as it appears on your Harvard FCU credit card and click “Submit.” A notification will appear where you can click on “Go To Cart” to start your checkout.

Review your redemption summary in your shopping cart and click on “Checkout.”

Enter your contact information and click “Continue.”

In checkout click “Submit Order.” A confirmation message will appear and you will receive an email confirming your rewards points redemption.
