A Better Card Experience is Coming

Harvard FCU is preparing for an upcoming card processing upgrade as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the cardholder experience. This transition will provide members with improved tools, stronger support, and enhanced security for both debit and credit cards.The debit card processing upgrade is planned for the fall, with the credit card processing upgrade following in early next year. As each milestone approaches, we will communicate directly with cardholders and share important details, timelines, and helpful resources.For most members, the transition will be seamless. In the vast majority of cases, existing cards will continue to work as they do today and will not need to be replaced. Automatic payments, recurring transactions, and other card activity are expected to remain unaffected.Once complete, members will have access to an enhanced digital card management experience through Card Hub, making it easier to manage cards directly within digital banking.

The new platform will also deliver stronger fraud protections, additional security features, and expanded support capabilities to create a more seamless and reliable experience.We look forward to sharing more in the months ahead and will keep members informed every step of the way.
